Jackson Party Bus and Charter Bus Rentals
Neworleanspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company and not a motor carrier. It doesn't own a single vehicle. Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip from scratch each time, and piecing together callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out the form once, and you get options. Different vehicle types. Different price points.
Everything side by side so you can find what actually fits your group. No obligation, no account, no waiting until Monday morning. The form works any time, any day — and if you'd rather just talk it through, 504-389-4710 is available every day of the year.

Your Jackson Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
Not every Jackson group trip needs the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus built for a bachelorette night on Farish Street comes stocked with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, wraparound perimeter seating, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs. A minibus shuttling conference attendees between the Jackson Convention Complex and the Renaissance Jackson hotel runs on plush reclining seats, powerful climate control, and overhead storage — no frills needed, just steady point-to-point comfort.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot on longer hauls to Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but comparing options on Neworleanspartybuscompany.com makes it easy to see exactly what each bus includes before you commit. More Choices on Jackson Party Buses, One Search
Most people trying to find a bus in Jackson hit the same wall: a Google search turns up a handful of local companies, half of them don't answer, the other half want you to call during business hours, and by the time you've described your trip four times and collected two quotes that don't even use the same hourly structure, you've spent half your afternoon. Neworleanspartybuscompany.com exists to replace that whole process with one form and one call.
Because it's a comparison platform and not a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. The network covers Jackson and the broader Mississippi region — Ridgeland, Brandon, Flowood, Madison, and points further south toward the Gulf Coast — so there are real options across vehicle types, sizes, and price points. Party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans and limos — it's all there, with pricing you can compare in under 30 seconds.
Fill out the quick form now or call 504-389-4710 any time — no account needed, no obligation, just a fast and easy quote for your trip.

Jackson Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) (100 International Dr, Jackson, MS 39208) sits about 10 miles east of downtown on I-20, and on paper that sounds like a quick ride. In practice, the commercial ground transportation zone at JAN is compact — buses and vans stage in a dedicated curbside lane on the Arrivals level, and timing coordination matters. Have your group coordinator confirm everyone has bags before the bus moves to the curb, because double-parking on the arrivals drive isn't an option during busy morning and evening banks.
For large groups flying into JAN for a convention at the Jackson Convention Complex or a weekend event at Mississippi Coliseum, a charter bus transfer keeps the whole group on one vehicle from baggage claim to the hotel block — no splitting into rideshares, no waiting for surge pricing to drop. A Jackson airport shuttle bus through Neworleanspartybuscompany.com gets the whole group moving at once. Call 504-389-4710 to set up your JAN transfer today!

Jackson Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Farish Street has been Jackson's nightlife corridor for decades, and a Saturday night between venues along Farish and the surrounding downtown blocks moves a lot easier when the whole group is on one bus. A Jackson bachelorette party bus keeps the group together from the first stop to the last — no splitting into separate cars, no losing half the group to a wrong turn on one-way Capitol Street.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, a built-in bar setup, and Bluetooth sound is the right pick for most bachelorette groups in Jackson. The evening typically runs from dinner in Ridgeland or Madison, down I-55 into downtown, and back — and a party bus handles that route in one clean loop so the night goes exactly as planned. Weekend party bus rates in Jackson generally run $275–$375/hour for a 25-passenger bus, and most groups book 4–5 hours.

Jackson Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus entrance is one of the most memorable moments of any Sweet 16 or quinceañera — and Jackson has some gorgeous reception venues to pull up to in style. Whether your event is at Dock 1025, a private event hall in Flowood, or one of the banquet centers along I-55 North in Ridgeland, a Jackson birthday party bus in the right color and size makes the arrival part of the celebration.
Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers are available through the network, with LED lighting packages and wraparound seating that photographs well for the entrance moment. For adult milestone birthdays heading to Hal & Mal's on Commerce Street or a late dinner in the Fondren District, a 20- or 25-passenger bus gives the group enough room to move around while keeping everyone together. Use the online quote form to check availability, or call 504-389-4710 for a fast quote!

Jackson Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Thalia Mara Hall (255 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) is downtown Jackson's main concert hall and theater, a 2,040-seat venue that hosts touring Broadway shows, the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, and the USA International Ballet Competition — and parking on show nights is a real headache. The surface lots and garages around the Pascagoula Street corridor fill fast on busy nights, and getting out of downtown after a show can turn a short drive into a long crawl. A Jackson concert bus rental drops your group curbside at the hall and handles the post-show pickup so nobody's circling the garage at 11pm.
Mississippi Coliseum (1207 Mississippi St, Jackson, MS 39202) is the region's largest indoor arena, drawing large crowds for touring shows and rodeo events on the fairgrounds — and the surrounding streets around High Street and Jefferson Street back up fast after events let out. A charter bus or minibus parks on the fairgrounds while your group is inside and stages for a clean exit. For stadium-level acts and festival dates, check the Mississippi State Fairgrounds schedule and book 4–6 weeks out.
Call 504-389-4710 now!

Jackson Corporate Event Transportation
The Jackson Convention Complex (105 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) hosts major regional conferences and trade shows — and coordinating a team of 40 people across downtown Jackson without a dedicated shuttle is exactly the kind of logistical puzzle that turns a productive conference day into a stressful one. A minibus circuit between the convention center, the Marriott on E Amite Street, and the Hilton on E County Line Road keeps your group on schedule without asking anyone to navigate downtown Jackson one-way streets in rental cars.
For corporate groups moving between the Ridgeland or Madison office corridors and downtown venues, a Jackson charter bus handles the I-55 run cleanly — no parking expense at downtown garages, no coordinating who drives. Sprinter vans are a solid fit for smaller executive teams shuttling between Flowood and the airport. Jackson corporate shuttle options are available through the quote form — call 504-389-4710 to discuss recurring routes or multi-day packages!

Jackson Private Event Transportation Services
The Mississippi State Fair draws enormous crowds to the fairgrounds on High Street every October — and the streets around Gallatin Street and Jefferson Street see significant congestion during peak fair weekends. Parking on the fairgrounds is available but fills early on busy Saturdays, and rideshare pickup after evening events backs up. A Jackson private charter bus stages on the fairgrounds while your group is inside and pulls out before the post-event rush hits the exits.
For family reunions making a circuit of Jackson — Mynelle Gardens, the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science, and lunch in the Fondren District — a charter bus keeps everyone on the same itinerary without the caravan coordination. The Zoo's entrance on Galloway Avenue accommodates buses in the main lot, and the Natural Science Museum on North Jefferson Street has adjacent street staging available. Art events at Duling Hall or private gallery openings in Fondren typically draw 30–80 guests, where a minibus is the cleanest fit.
Call 504-389-4710 to put your itinerary together!

Jackson Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across the Jackson metro — Rankin County, Madison County, and Hinds County schools — compresses into a tight 5-week window in April and May, and available buses across the network get claimed fast. For prom: book no later than February. Groups that wait until March or April regularly run into higher rates and limited vehicle availability, especially for weekend dates when every school in the region is competing for the same buses.
A Jackson prom party bus eliminates the "who's driving?" conversation entirely and gives the group a coordinated way to move between dinner, the venue, and the after-party. Most prom groups in Jackson book a 20- to 30-passenger bus for 4–6 hours. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger bus typically run $275–$375/hour — book early and that number stays predictable.
Call 504-389-4710 now to hold your date!

Jackson School Event & Field Trip Transportation
A Jackson school field trip bus rental makes the logistics part easy — one vehicle, one pickup, one drop-off, no carpooling spreadsheet. The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science (2148 Riverside Dr, Jackson, MS 39202) is one of the most popular school field trip destinations in the state, with 73,000 square feet of exhibits and a 100,000-gallon aquarium. Buses drop off at the main entrance on Riverside Drive, and the adjacent parking area accommodates charter buses without advance staging requirements.
The Mississippi Children's Museum (2145 Museum Blvd, Jackson, MS 39202) sits just across the street, making a two-stop Museum Boulevard field trip easy to structure in a single morning. For university groups at Jackson State or Millsaps College, charter buses are the practical fit for overnight academic travel to conferences, bowl games, or regional competitions — undercarriage bays handle equipment and bags, and onboard restrooms make the I-20 or I-55 runs manageable. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; note it when you request your quote.
Call 504-389-4710 to get started!

Jackson Sporting Event Transportation
Mississippi Braves games at Trustmark Park (1 Braves Way, Pearl, MS 39208) draw steady crowds to Pearl — just east of Jackson off I-20 — and while the stadium has a large parking footprint, game-night exit traffic on Pearson Road backs up reliably after the final out. A Jackson sports charter bus parks in the oversized vehicle section of Trustmark's lot and stages for an early exit so your group is back on I-20 before the post-game queue builds.
For Jackson State University football at Veterans Memorial Stadium (2531 N State St, Jackson, MS 39216), game-day parking on North State Street fills fast for rivalry games and homecoming. The surrounding neighborhood streets around Livingston Road and Pecan Park Road are permit-controlled, and rideshare staging can be disorganized during large-attendance games. A charter bus handles the approach on North State Street and stages in the stadium's commercial vehicle area, keeping your group on one ride from kickoff to the final whistle.
Book JSU homecoming and rivalry dates early — demand spikes fast. Call 504-389-4710!

Jackson Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Jackson wedding shuttle service solves the most stressful part of any wedding day: getting guests from the hotel block to the venue and back without a single confused phone call. Wedding venues across the Jackson metro — the Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, the Cedars in Jackson, the Balharbour Event Center in Ridgeland — are spread across a wide geographic area, and guests staying at hotels along I-55 North in Madison or Ridgeland need a coordinated way to reach them.
A minibus running a shuttle loop between hotel blocks and the venue typically handles 25–35 guests per pass, with reclining seats and climate control keeping everyone comfortable on the way in and the way back. For the bridal party's travel day, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the morning pickup elegantly — premium interior, tinted windows, USB charging at every seat. Most Jackson wedding transportation packages run 4–8 hours across ceremony, portrait time, and the reception.
Get your date locked in early; spring and fall wedding weekends in Jackson book out 3–5 months ahead. Call 504-389-4710 to plan your day!

Jackson Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Mississippi's wine country is closer to Jackson than most people realize, with a handful of small wineries scattered across the state within a day trip's reach south of Jackson — but making that circuit in separate cars when tastings are the point is exactly the kind of plan that falls apart. A Jackson winery tour bus rental keeps the group together from first pour to last, with undercarriage storage for any bottles the group picks up along the way.
For a Fondren District pub crawl — stops at Char, Hal & Mal's on Commerce Street, and the bars along North State Street — a 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the obvious fit. Parking in Fondren on a Friday or Saturday night is tight, particularly around the Duling Hall block and the State Street corridor, and finding spots for a full group's worth of cars is exactly the kind of friction a party bus eliminates entirely. Rates for a 25-passenger party bus on a weekend evening run roughly $275–$375/hour.

How much does a party bus cost in Jackson?
Party bus prices in Jackson generally run $250–$375/hour for a 25-passenger bus and $200–$350/hour for a full-size charter bus, depending on the date and how many hours you need. A minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour. These are planning ranges — the exact number for your trip depends on the vehicle, the date, and your itinerary.
Fill out the form or call 504-389-4710 and you could have a quote in under a minute.
What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built for the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and a bar area. It's the right pick when the transportation is part of the event, like a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl through Fondren. A charter bus is configured for efficient movement of a large group — forward-facing reclining seats, undercarriage luggage bays, and onboard restrooms — and is the better fit for airport transfers, sports team travel, or conference shuttles where the destination is the point.
Not sure which fits your trip? Call 504-389-4710 and the support team can walk you through both.
Can a bus pick up from multiple hotels in the Jackson area?
Yes. Multi-stop pickup itineraries are common for wedding shuttles and corporate groups whose attendees are spread across hotel blocks in Madison, Ridgeland, Flowood, and downtown Jackson. When you fill out the quote form, include all pickup addresses and the group size at each stop — that information helps match you with the right vehicle size and structure your pickup windows so the route runs on schedule.
Do buses serve routes from Jackson to New Orleans or other cities?
Yes. Charter buses in the network handle longer interstate routes — Jackson to New Orleans is a roughly 3-hour run down I-55 South, and it's a popular route for Saints games at Caesars Superdome, Essence Festival, and Jazz Fest weekends. A 40–56 passenger charter bus with onboard restrooms makes that run cleanly without pit stops.
Call 504-389-4710 to price out an I-55 corridor trip or visit the Jazz Fest bus rental guide for specifics.
What is the best vehicle for a large corporate group traveling from Jackson to a conference?
For groups of 25 or fewer, a minibus with overhead storage and reclining seats is the clean fit. For 40–56 passengers, a full-size charter bus with undercarriage bays (essential for luggage and presentation equipment) and an onboard restroom is the right call on any run over 90 minutes. For executive-level transfers of 10 or fewer, a Sprinter van gives you the efficiency without the overhead.
The quote form lets you specify your headcount and the support team matches the vehicle from there.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Jackson?
For most events, 4–8 weeks out gives you solid selection and predictable pricing. For high-demand dates — prom season (April–May), JSU homecoming (typically October), the Mississippi State Fair (October), and New Year's Eve — book 3–5 months ahead. Prom in particular is the single most compressed booking period in the Jackson market; high schools across Rankin, Madison, and Hinds counties all hold proms in the same 5-week window, and available buses go fast.
For prom, book by February. Call 504-389-4710 to hold your date before it's gone.
Popular Jackson Party Bus Destinations
Jackson has a rich mix of venues that make great party bus destinations — from downtown entertainment to the fairgrounds, the museum corridor, and beyond. Here are six stops that regularly top the list for group trips in the area.

Thalia Mara Hall
Thalia Mara Hall (255 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) is downtown Jackson's premier concert hall and theater, seating 2,040 for Broadway tours, symphony performances, and the USA International Ballet Competition. It sits right in the heart of downtown near the Pascagoula Street corridor — an address that looks convenient on paper but becomes a genuine logistical challenge on show nights, when the surrounding surface lots and garages fill within an hour of doors opening. Rideshare pickup after a sold-out show backs up on the surrounding streets, and the one-way street grid around downtown Jackson makes drop-off navigation tricky for groups in multiple vehicles.
A charter bus or minibus handles the drop-off curbside and stages nearby until the show ends, so your group walks out and boards — no hunting for a car in the dark.

Trustmark Park
Trustmark Park (1 Braves Way, Pearl, MS 39208) is home to the Mississippi Braves, the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, and sits just off I-20 East in Pearl — roughly 8 miles from downtown Jackson. The stadium holds just over 6,000 fans and the surrounding parking is ample, but Pearson Road eastbound after a Friday or Saturday night game turns into a slow crawl as every section empties at once. Groups that arrive by charter bus can stage in the oversized vehicle area of the main lot and leave immediately after the final out, bypassing the exit queue that forms on Pearson Road toward I-20.
For groups of 30–56, a full-size charter bus is the right fit and the per-person math compared to separate cars and parking is compelling.

Mississippi Museum of Natural Science
The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science (2148 Riverside Dr, Jackson, MS 39202) is one of the most visited natural history institutions in the South — 73,000 square feet of exhibits, a 100,000-gallon aquarium, and 2.5 miles of nature trails along the LeFleur's Bluff State Park corridor. It's a top-tier school field trip destination and a popular stop on family reunion and group tour itineraries. Buses drop off at the main entrance on Riverside Drive, and the adjacent lot can accommodate charter buses without advance coordination in most cases.
It pairs naturally with the Mississippi Children's Museum directly across Museum Boulevard, making a two-venue morning itinerary easy to structure for school groups on a single charter bus — no reloading or repositioning required between stops.

Mississippi State Fairgrounds
The Mississippi State Fairgrounds (1207 Mississippi St, Jackson, MS 39202) hosts the Mississippi State Fair every October — one of the largest annual events in the state, drawing over 600,000 attendees across its 12-day run. The fairgrounds also house Mississippi Coliseum, which hosts rodeo, livestock shows, and touring entertainment throughout the year. On peak fair weekends, High Street and Jefferson Street see some of the worst congestion in Jackson, and the surface parking on the grounds fills by early afternoon on Saturdays.
A charter bus enters via the main gate on High Street and stages in the commercial vehicle area of the grounds while your group is inside. For groups of 20 or more, the math is simple: one bus, one parking spot, one clean exit — versus a dozen cars all trying to leave the same lot at the same time.

Hal & Mal's
Hal & Mal's (200 S Commerce St, Jackson, MS 39201) is one of Jackson's most beloved live music venues — a converted warehouse in the warehouse district near the rail yards that has hosted national touring acts and local favorites for decades. It has two stages, a full kitchen, and a sprawling beer garden that makes it a natural anchor for a Fondren or downtown pub crawl. Parking on Commerce Street and the surrounding blocks is workable early in the evening but gets tight after 9pm, particularly when a show is running simultaneously at Duling Hall a few blocks north.
A party bus drops your group curbside on Commerce Street and circles back when you're ready to move — no parking math, no designated driver conversation, no waiting for a rideshare that's 18 minutes away at midnight in downtown Jackson.

Veterans Memorial Stadium
Veterans Memorial Stadium (2531 N State St, Jackson, MS 39216) is Jackson State University's on-campus football home and one of the most energetic game-day atmospheres in the SWAC. JSU homecoming weekend — typically held in late October — routinely draws crowds that fill the stadium toward its roughly 60,000-person capacity and turns the North State Street corridor into a gridlocked stretch from Woodrow Wilson Avenue all the way up to Livingston Road. Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood is permit-controlled for residents, and rideshare staging is disorganized during large-attendance games.
A charter bus for JSU game day parks in the stadium's commercial vehicle section off N State Street and stages for a post-game exit on your schedule — not whenever the rideshare queue decides to move. For homecoming specifically, book 3–4 months out; demand across the network spikes hard in October.
